Question: Windows 7 on asus netbook?

I am getting a netbook and I just wanted to know if I could put Windows 7 on it but just to ask, what is Windows 7? Anyway, can you put it on netbooks? If so, how? THANKS IN ADVANCE!

Windows 7 is the next windows operating system. It is currently in beta testing and is not open to the public. Also, you wouldn't be able to run it on a netbook because: 1. Your netbook probably isn't powerfull enough to handle it. 2. You probably don't have enough room to hold it. Most net books crash with vista running on them, i doubt they can run Windows 7. Um... you shouldve posted the name/ type of the computer, so we could at least know the specs... but if it can run vista, it can definately run windows 7.. youre gonna have to get a copy of windows 7... i think microsoft quit letting people download it... so youre gonna have to look into torrents.. (i dont think in this case torrents will be illegal) and you just run the cd, and just follow the instructions, its easy
