How can I stop my Samsung N150 Plus netbook freezing during start-up?
It always freezes on the 'Samsung' screen, when the loading bar is about two thirds full.How can I fix this?
I am going to be servicing a netbook for a customer they want ubuntu on it what should i do?
from what i get the only difference between Ubuntu Desktop Edition and Ubuntu Netbook Edition is the Netbook edition is optimized for the small screens on netbooks can i install the Desktop Edition on a netbook and have it work the same way? or will desktop edition NOT adjust to the 1024x600 resolution of netbooks?

How can I improve my netbook's performance?
I brought a Gateway netbook 1GB of RAM, 1.66GHZ processor . It's worked fine for everything so far, but if I wanted to run more demanding things on it, what should I do? I'm working on a limited budget, so I'd prefer if I didn't have to buy anything.Thanks
Using FL Studio 9 on a netbook?
So I have FL Studio 9 XXL Producer Edition running on my Asus Eee PC netbook. My question is really about using the Antares Autotune program in it. The box is too big for my screen and I can't see the bottom settings to adjust the sound. Is there a way to zoom out or make the box smaller? It wouldn't let me resize. I also tried plugging into a monitor but that just makes everything bigger. Help please.

Dell Inspiron 10v Netbook Issues?
I brought my netbook about almost a year ago dec 2009 . It uses Windows 7 StarterToday, I was on youtube, about to see a video, and all of the sudden, the whole PC became unresponsive. Then got a little frustrated, and then now the whole PC is frozen. Mouse won't move. And because of that, I got REALLY mad since I had unfinished work there and banged on the keyboard couple times. Now I hear some clanking noise and then mouse moved a bit but then frozed again. I had no choice but to reboot forcefully. Then now my laptop isn't booting up. Shows the dell logo and then its all black Supposed to load a loading bar Reset it again and then still black. Now, WHAT THE FU K HAPPENED TO MY LAPTOP? ? ? IT DIDN'T EVEN LAST A YEAR. NEXT TIME I BUY A LAPTOP, MAKE SURE ITS NOT A NETBOOK.The only programs I have opened is Google Chrome, GIMP, and thats all.SOMEONE, PLEEEAAASE HELPOk, I didn't really banged it that hard, but I just pressed the power button to restart, which was the only way.

How do you get a Dell Netbook's screen to stop turning black after you don't touch it for around ten mins?
My Netbook always turns black after I leave it alone for around 10 mins. I already went to Appearance and Settings and changed the idle time, but my netbook continues to go black. How am I able to fix this? Sorry, I'm obviously not very smart with computers. Thank you
