Question: What is the cheapest netbook out there?

Ok, I'm looking basically for a netbook that allows me to take faster notes in class. A lot of memory is not a requirement since I have flash drives. I would like to find one thats pretty fast and low maintenance, however. (No buggy computers) I'd like it to be good- looking as well. (No ugly boxes) Does anyone know one for under $200? Or, is there someone who knows one for under $150?? Thanks! and yes, im looking for a new one

Ok a refurbished laptop is good as new..practically is new and almost half the price
