Question: What is the best small size laptop [ie] 10" - 12" laptop not netbook..?

I am looking to buy a small size laptop.My friend suggested me not to buy netbook as it comes with atom processor which is not much effective.I use my laptop mainly to listen to music and watch movies.

If want to buy mini laptop u can buy 8.9 " . but i use dell 840 core 2 due . 1.60 , 14 " . it is good. u can buy it also.
