I saw an article in Yahoo some months ago but couldn't remember the site nor find it.
What are netbooks good for?
I am browsing the market for a laptop and I stumbled upon a fairly cheap Acer netbook.Since I am not really the traveler person, I was wondering if this would be a good buy?Normally, I only use the computer for movies,music, powerpoint word, and the internet.

I'm buying a new computer. I cant decide between a netbook or a laptop. I know netbooks are smaller and cheaper. But what are other differences. Oh i use my computer to hold my music and pics if that means anything.

Hi guysI am looking to buy a netbook basically because they are much cheaper than a laptop and for the amount I will be using it, I don t think an expensive laptop is appropriate I will be using it for mostly uni work so will need MS Word, Excel and internet access.
